When do I pay for the monthly subscription?
You will select your preferred plan as soon as you add a vehicle to your account. Your initial payment will be prorated for the remainder of the current month. Moving forward, all your vehicle subscriptions will be bundled into a single convenient payment on the 1st of every month.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! The price you see is what you pay. Taxes (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes! You have full control over your subscriptions. You can change your plan for any vehicle at any time directly within the app. Adjustments to your billing will be reflected in your next monthly statement.
What’s your refund policy?
We offer a refund on the cost of the hardware if returned within 30 days. Please note that subscription charges are non-refundable as they are prorated based on active use.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, when you request a return, we can provide a prepaid shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your final hardware refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?

How does prorated billing work?
Prorating ensures you only pay for the days you actually use the service in your first month. For example, if you join halfway through the month, you’ll only be charged for the remaining days. On the 1st of the following month, you will resume the standard billing cycle for all your devices.
