Order the devices
One per car, from shop.qarhami.com. Mix Track and OBD however your fleet needs.

Install
Qarhami OBD plugs into the OBD-II port. Qarhami Track is hardwired; we recommend a professional installer.

Add the car, pick its plan
In the app, add the car with its device serial and choose the plan. The first month is pro-rated to the days left.

Every car bills together each month. Change a car's plan in the app whenever you need to.

When do I start paying for a plan?
When you add the car in the Qarhami app and choose its plan.
The first charge covers only the days left in that month, so a car added mid-month pays for about half a month. From then on, every car on your account bills together on the 1st of each month.
Do I need a plan for every car?
Yes.
Plans are per car, so you only pay for the cars you run. One car can be on Premium and another on Ultimate, and cars with Qarhami OBD run on OBD Ultimate at $9 a month. You can mix devices and plans across the fleet and change any car's plan in the app.
Are there any hidden fees?
No.
You pay for each device once and a monthly plan for each car, at the prices shown here. Taxes, where they apply, and shipping are calculated at checkout. If a professional installer fits your Qarhami Track, their fee is separate; Qarhami OBD plugs in with no tools.
Can I change a car's plan later?
Yes, at any time, from the car in the Qarhami app.
Move a car up to Ultimate for a season of airport handoffs, or down to Premium for a long rental. The change shows on your next monthly statement, and the rest of the fleet keeps its plans.
What is the refund policy?
You can return hardware within 30 days for a refund.
Plan charges aren't refundable because they're pro-rated to the days a car is active. Return shipping is paid by the customer; if you ask, we can send a prepaid label and deduct its cost from the hardware refund.
How do I cancel a plan?
Contact the support team at support@qarhami.com or +1 832-890-1486 and tell us which cars' plans to cancel.
Plans are per car, so cancelling one car leaves the rest of your fleet on its plans. Hardware bought in the last 30 days can also be returned for a refund.
How does pro-rated billing work?
You only pay for the days a car is active in its first month.
Add a car halfway through the month and its first charge covers the remaining days; from the 1st, it bills on the normal monthly cycle with the rest of your fleet. Plan changes show on your next monthly statement.
Can I mix Qarhami Track and Qarhami OBD?
Yes.
Each car gets one device, and you choose it car by car: Track where you want remote lock, unlock and horn, OBD where you want a car running in minutes. The whole fleet runs in the same app, and each car carries the plan for its device.
