3. SMS & Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS communications during account setup or via account settings, you agree to the following messaging terms:
Message Types: Automated text messages sent by Qarhami include real-time vehicle security alerts, geofence entry/exit notices, device status updates, and account security codes.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account alert settings and vehicle activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel or opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message from us. Upon doing so, you will receive a confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent unless re-subscribed.

4. User Responsibilities & Device Installation
Authorized Tracking: You represent and warrant that you have full legal ownership or authorization to install GPS hardware and monitor any vehicle or asset connected to your Qarhami account. You agree not to use the service for unlawful surveillance or stalking.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Service Availability & Limitations
GPS tracking and SMS notifications rely on cellular networks, satellite positioning systems, and third-party telecommunication providers. While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or real-time delivery of location data or emergency alert notifications.
6. Privacy & Data Handling
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AHK SOLUTIONS LLC and its officers, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost data, stolen vehicles, device failure, or delayed SMS notifications.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or use our services for unauthorized or illegal tracking purposes.
